Inventis Sensation© is the first concept of tasty topping ingredients to personalize the taste of baked products, starting from a single plain dough.
Inventis Sensation© is ideally used during or after the shaping step, before oven baking. It can also be directly added into the dough during the kneading step.
This way, the baker does not need to produce several batches of dough to have a wide range of tasty products.
Inventis Sensation© solutions result from the combination of ingredients coming from fermentation (yeast extracts) and cereal products. It brings much appreciated grilled and crackers aromatic notes to baked products.
